Camilla Frederick

Camilla Frederick, MD, MPH, MROCC

Dr. Frederick is board certified in family practice and has her Masters inPublic Health in the Occupational

Medicine tract. She has practiced Occupational Medicine since 1989 and has been a Medical Director

since 1992. She has been the Medical Director for Quad City and Clinton Occupational Health since 2003.

She has additional expertise in Independent Medical Exams (IME's), Comprehensive Consults, Return

to Work and Fit for Duty exams. Dr. Frederick has worked as the onsite physician and overseen nursing

staff for employers, including John Deere, ADM, Oscar Mayer and Heinz USA.

Mary Shook, MD, MPH, CIME

Dr. Shook has worked exclusively in the specialty of Occupational Medicine since 1990. She moved to

Iowa in 2005, and to Quad City and Clinton Occupational Health in 2009.

She previously worked as a consultant for the United States Postal Service during the difficult times

surrounding Anthrax exposure and at National Institutes of Health where the HIV needle-stick exposure

protocol was developed. Besides performance of Independent Medical Exams, (IME), Dr. Shook has

experience in psychiatric issues related to work and has lectured on violence in the workplace.

Aaron Schulze, MS, PA-C, ATC

Aaron Schulze has worked in Occupational Medicine since March 2012. He previously worked 7 years

in orthopaedics with experience evaluating and treating orthopaedic injuries and 1st assisting in surgery.

As a Physician Assistant, Aaron is licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision. He has

expertise in conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting

tests, counseling on preventive health care, assisting in surgery, and writes prescriptions, as needed.

Within the Physician-PA relationship, Physician Assistants exercise autonomy in medical decision-making 

and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Before becoming a PA, Aaron was employed 

at a sport medicine clinic and provided athletic coverage for college athletes.
